Last night Nvidia reported earnings. The numbers were strong. Revenue of $81.6 billion against $79.2 billion expected. Earnings of $1.87 a share against $1.78. They also announced an $80 billion stock buyback.

In any other market, a report like that sends the stock 8% higher overnight.

Instead, it fell.

If you've been watching markets for thirty years, that's the kind of thing that makes you put your coffee down.
