The Setup

Chips fell Tuesday.
Staples and banks rallied.
The index barely moved.
That is a rotation, and it is happening under a flat tape.

Buy this stock tomorrow

Dear Reader, I've just revealed a powerful investing strategy that boils down to " Sell This, Buy That ."

It's a way to swap out risky long-term bets for opportunities that pay out NOW. Like my recommendation for a dark horse stock that's been called " the unseen winner of the AI race ."

Most tech firms don't pay out dividends, however, this company pays you like clockwork for every share you own.

And right now, this stock is a rare, standout bargain in a very overpriced market.

Where Futures Sit

S&P 500 futures down 0.07 percent. Nasdaq 100 futures down 0.21 percent. Dow futures up 0.10 percent.

Tuesday told the real story. The S&P closed at 7,652.86, off 0.3 percent. The Dow rose 0.3 percent. But technology dropped 1.8 percent while staples gained 1.7 percent and financials added 1.3 percent.

Macro Pulse

Core PCE lands at 8:30 AM ET, expected to hold at 3.3 percent year over year.

Crude trades near $80, lower for a third straight session on Hormuz de-escalation talks. The 10-year yield sits near 4.66 percent.

Nvidia reports after the close.

Oil Shock Triggered “Lost Decade” For Stocks – Even If Oil Drops?

Simply put, buy and hold is dead.

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley now both agree.

And they warn stocks are in for a "Lost Decade" until the 2030s - meaning any gains you see in the next few years will just be eaten up by new "surprise" crashes later on.

No matter what happens next in the Middle East... the reality is: we now get blindsided by strange crashes every single year.

Tickers To Watch

NVDA: $212.27. Reports tonight. Options price a 5.6 percent swing, roughly $286 billion in market value.
MU: Fell 5.8 percent Tuesday. Memory led the selling.
AVGO: Down 2.6 percent. The chip complex went with it.
CRWD: Reports today. Options price a 7.59 percent move.
ANF, WSM: Both report Wednesday. A clean read on the consumer.

Stock Highlight: Vertiv (VRT)

Vertiv does not make chips. It makes the power and cooling gear those chips sit inside: switchgear, backup power, chillers, direct-to-chip liquid cooling.

Nvidia's newest racks draw around 142 kilowatts. Fans cannot move that much heat. Liquid cooling stops being an upgrade and becomes a requirement.

Think of the electrical and HVAC contractors on a construction site. They get paid when the building goes up, whichever tenant signs the lease.

Vertiv ended 2025 with a $15 billion backlog, roughly double the year before. First-quarter sales rose 23 percent organically.

Now the honest other half. At $255.75 the stock trades near 33 times forward earnings. Cheaper than it was in June, still not cheap. And it lost close to 70 percent of its value back in 2022 when guidance kept slipping.

Anthropic Master Plan

This Startup is Growing 23X Faster than Nvidia See this official SEC document?

On page 146 Elon Musk revealed the name of a startup that Jeff believes will be…

The next monster IPO on Wall Street. (Click here to get the details.) Even though this has nothing to do with robots, self-driving cars, or rockets…

This startup is growing faster than Tesla… faster than SpaceX…

...and even 23 times faster than Nvidia.

That's why The Atlantic called it… "The fastest-growing business in the history of capital

Bottom Line

Tuesday was not a selloff. It was a handoff, from chips to staples and banks, with the index sitting still while it happened. Those are the sessions that get missed.

For an investor drawing down a portfolio, today's risk is not the Nvidia number. It is owning one theme in size and calling it diversification. Check what your top five holdings have in common before tonight, not after.

Buy These Stocks Before August 31st

Dear Reader, One of America's most respected AI insiders just issued a major buy alert for August 31st.

Keith Kaplan has already invested $17 million directly into his own AI research and tools and built a platform that 180,000 people worldwide now use in the stock market.

He famously called the 2020 crash early , while dramatically escaping from London on one of the last planes out before lockdown.

Now he says there's a handful of stocks you need to buy before the end of this month.
